Thank you for replying! Unfortunately, these steps did not solve the problem :(. However, the windows logo, when it comes after the HP logo and the white underscore, does not even prove dots. The computer merely boots nigh a 2nd after the windows logo appears.

Thanks for the suggestions, merely the computer booting time is not the effect. The computer is booting quickly enough without any boot changes. My only issue is that it appears every bit though the HP logo appears just to appear-- that the reckoner does not begin to boot until that logo goes away. This is time wasted to me, and information technology also ways me ownership and installing the ssd in my figurer was somewhat a waste. If this is the case, I would be willing to take steps to disable information technology, even if it ways changing bios settings (if it is even possible), if non, I volition have to alive with information technology :/.

And equally far as modifying the bios goes, I realize the implications of doing so and will not do anything without researching long and hard and or existence told to practice so by an official technician.
